Elaine Coleman, RICPoption6 (1)

As an insurance advisor, Elaine Coleman, CEO and founder of Coleman Retirement Solutions, is passionate about protecting her clients’ assets and helping them reach their retirement and income planning goals. Specializing in Retirement Planning, Income Planning, Life Insurance, Wealth Preservation and Medicare Supplements, Elaine has spent more than two decades guiding individuals through the retirement planning process.

“I am driven to help clients plan, preserve and protect their hard earned assets for their future, giving them peace of mind and quality of life,” she says.

Elaine knows that no two people are the same so she puts together a customized plan that leaves each of her clients free of worry and stress. Her plans also help clients avoid unnecessary taxes, including income taxes, social security taxes and estate taxes. In addition, she helps clients increase spendable income, avoid probate and protect against Medicaid spend-down of assets when nursing home care is needed. “I ensure that my clients don’t make retirement planning mistakes that can defer their future financial goals,” she says.

Elaine is a Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP) and a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF). She is also a member of the National Ethics Association, Million Dollar Round Table and the Better Business Bureau.

As a professional concerned with the health, financial and social issues facing retirees today, Elaine has received comprehensive education and training throughout her career. She began in the finance industry in 1986, specializing even then in retirement planning. Her mentor was IRA rollover and distribution expert Ed Slott.

“I believe my education and continuing education in retirement planning combined with my 28 years of experience work together to give me a great advantage when working with people,” Elaine says.

Elaine enjoys spending time with her husband, Joe, and their teenage son, Taylor. She also loves traveling and reading. Elaine says she loves the satisfaction she gets when a client leaves her office knowing they are well positioned for the retirement they’ve always imagined.
